Saltimporten Canteen is a lunch restaurant seating up to approximately 90 people, located in a 160 m2 unit on the ground level dockside of Saltimporten’s main building. Long, dark stained oak tables and benches sit amid a minimal backdrop of white ceramic tiled and rendered concrete walls with rough metal design details, reflecting both the building's industrial past and the restaurant's pared down daily menu.
